A NEW BREED OF POWER

ALL NEW 858 ENGINE

The all-new 858 two-stroke engine is designed for seamless integration into the new CATALYST platform. With an 8% increase in displacement, this engine houses an 11% increase in output over the C-TEC2 800 and weighs 4% less. It features an optimized air intake system, a new exhaust valve design for more consistent power and cleaner emissions, and an all-new crankcase for increased stroke and integrated engine mounts.

Rough rides are a thing of the past. With this industry-exclusive design that keeps the front arm engaged while the rear arm compresses, you'll hardly feel a bump in the trail.

Unlock the true potential of a coupled suspension with our unique SLIDE-ACTION design. The front arm fits into a U-shaped slot that allows 0.5 inches of sliding movement, so the front arm won’t collapse whenever the rear arm compresses. That unique design gives you the full benefit of coupling: controlled ski lift during acceleration and the complete use of the front arm at all times. SLIDE-ACTION suspension also allows a lower and more consistent track tension with its Torque-Sensing Link, plus three-position rear coupling block adjustability, adjustable spring preload and a durable 3-wheel rear axle assembly.

AWS 42 FRONT SUSPENSION WITH PROGRESSIVE RATIO STEERING

AWS 42 is the culmination of over 40 years of experience with the Arctic Wish Suspension, optimized for trail riding. By centralizing the weight distribution, the suspension now sits directly under the rider, giving them more flexibility to move around on the sled, as well as giving them more control. This also puts more of the sled's weight on the skis, improving balance.
 
With a progressive steering ratio, riders will feel the difference immediately. The sled will react to the slightest movement, making the ZR 600 feel like a natural extension of the rider's body.
